Route by public transport

Museon-Omniversum can be reached by tram 16 (direction Statenkwartier) from The Hague Central Station and The Hague HS.

From 11 April to 20 June 2022, tram 16 rides a different route because of engineering works. Get off at the Statenplein stop and walk about 4 minutes to Museon-Omniversum. For more information, visit www.htm.nl

Route by car

If you come by car, you can park in the car park at the Dome or in the surrounding streets. This is free until 1 pm and € 2 per hour thereafter.
Cheap parking is also possible at:

  • The Hague Marriott Hotel car park (located next to One Planet Dome) € 7 per day
  • World Forum Parking garage A (at walking distance from One Planet) € 7.50 per day

Do you want to make use of the special parking rates? Then buy an exit ticket at the Museon-Omniversum ticket office. This is based on availability.

Road works

When planning your visit, please note that the traffic situation around One Planet has temporarily changed due to road works at the Stadhouderslaan. Parking is currently not possible in front of the museum building. However, you can park on the public street, at the municipal car park in front of the One Planet Dome, at the car park of The Hague Marriott Hotel or in the World Forum Parking garage A.

Environmental zone

The Hague has an environmental zone for older cars and vans that drive on diesel (emission class 3 and lower). Museon-Omniversum is outside this zone, but your access route might be affected. More information and a map of the environmental zone can be found here.

Are you coming by bicycle?

You can park them at the entrance of the One Planet Dome at the President Kennedylaan.

Accessibility

For all visitors with a disability, one accompanying person is allowed in free of charge.

One Planet is easily accessible for wheelchairs. Use the main entrance on Stadhouderslaan, as the entrance through the garden of the Art Museum is not suitable for wheelchairs. Two wheelchairs are available (free of charge). You can reserve these by e-mail via hello@oneplanet.nl. Please note that the seats in the Dome are suitable for wheelchairs with a maximum width of 850 mm.

Certified assistance dogs are welcome at One Planet. Other animals are not allowed.

The public car park between the museum and the Dome has two parking spaces for disabled persons. These cannot be reserved.

Museumshop
