“I want to get people to care, to fall in love, and to take action.”  — Joel Sartore

National Geographic Photo Ark, an exhibition of Joel Sartore, is filled with beautiful and moving photos of animals both tiny and mammoth accompanied by Joel’s powerful story.  The National Geographic Photo Ark is a multiyear effort to document every species living in wildlife sanctuaries, inspire action through education, and help save wildlife by supporting on-the-ground conservation efforts.

“I want people to care, to fall in love, and to take action.”  (Joel Sartore)

Joel Sartore has visited 40 countries in his quest to create this photo archive of global biodiversity. To date, he has completed intimate portraits of more than 6,000 species. No matter its size, each animal is treated with the same amount of affection and respect. The results are portraits that are not just stunningly beautiful, but also intimate and moving.

National Geographic Photo Ark will be on display until June 10th, 2018.
